According to investigators, it's believed that the victim entered the road near the overpass and was struck by a vehicle.

The driver of the car, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers said open containers of alcohol were found inside his car.
One person was killed after a single-vehicle rollover crash on the city's southside. Another died after a two-car crash along a freeway, police said.
Just after 4 a.m., officers were called to the reported incident at 700 W. Risinger Road.
Police said further details about the investigation cannot be shared as it is ongoing.
